Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious coffee and other beverages. If you have a passion for coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner - Take customer orders and prepare beverages according to established recipes - Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop - Assist with food preparation and handling as needed - Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns - Upsell additional products or special promotions to customers - Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and staff - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations Experience: - Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred - Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is beneficial - Ability to operate a cash register accurately - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
